Where can I find my documents?
Your documents would have been emailed to you within 48hrs of confirming cover. You may also received these by post too, where requested. However you can always ask us for copies sent free of charge.
How do I make a claim?
In your welcome pack, you will find useful information as well as contact details directly to the insurers' claims line. However, if your unable to find your documents, have further questions or would like us to assist you directly with the claim, please contact us.
Whole of Life Vs Fixed Term
Life insurance policies can either be specified for a number of years - Fixed Term OR lasts your whole of life. Prices can be surprisingly lower than you expect, contact us for a quote
What are your opening hours?
We welcome visitors to the office between Mon - Friday : 9.30am - 5pm Weekends : By appointment only Let us know when you wish to visit, we will ensure your advisor is free and so you don't have to wait on the day.
What is index-linking?
To ensure continues protection, your home or commercial property policy may be index linked. Your insurance cover is increased every year to adjust for any inflation in the value of your belongings, materials and construction costs.
